Friday, 7 June

14:00 – 16:00 - Registration for late comers

16:30 – 18:00 - Red Dress Hash. Finishing point is Pan SoAm HQ

18:30 – 19:00 - Official welcome

19:00 – 24:00 - Party – South America

Saturday, 8 June

13:00 - 14:00 - Transport to 5 different Hash sites

14:15 – 17:00 - Hash

17:00 – 18:00 - Transport back to hotels. Free Time to clean up

18:30 – 19:30 - Transport to Pan SoAm HQ . . . Dinner, Presentations, Skits, Bids for 2025

19:30 - 24:00 - Party – Carnival
 

Sunday, 9 June

09:30 - 10:00 - Assemble for Hangover Hashes
10:00 - 12:00 - Transport to 5 different Hash sites
12:00 - 13:00 - Farewell to Pan South America Hash
13:00 - onwards - Free time to enjoy Brasilia

Monday, 10 June

Departure - Make your own way to the airport
