Where should we find accommodations? BH3 has managed to secure excellent
hotel discounts, but don't delay your booking, as numerous events are
taking place in Brasilia that weekend, and accommodations tend to fill
up rapidly.

| I cannot attend,
can I get a refund? There will be no refunds, but we will support transfer or regos. We are opening up our TRANSFER process. If you have already paid, and now know you cannot attend, you can sell your rego. Please fill out the form linked below, both seller and buyer, and submit a scanned PDF for with all data filled out. what is identified below are the individual hashers responsibility. |

| What is included
with the rego? - Bus
transport between the recommended hotel area and the venue.
Specific timetable for busses is TBA. |

VISA no longer required for Australia, Canada, and USA. It is now
official. Hashers from Australia, Canada, and the USA will not need a
visa to attend PAN SOAM 2024. The Visa act has been delayed one year
until 10 Apr 2025. |
